Return/Exchange Policy

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are refundable only in the event of the following:

 

  • Damaged product shipped

  • Items shipped in error

  • Manufacturer's defect

  • Items damaged in shipping


If this is the case with the items you are returning, please contact us at 865-397-9887 to assist you. If items were damaged in shipping, we will take corrective action based on the extent of the damage. You will be required to retain all packaging so that a shipping claim can be processed. If merchandise is received damaged or defective, we request that you contact us within 10 days of receipt as damaged shipping claims are time-sensitive.

Shipping Policy

We process and ship your items as quickly as possible; typically within the week. Items are shipped by USPS First Class mail with tracking or Priority mail with tracking. Packages over 13 oz. are shipped by Priority mail with tracking. We guarantee that your package will arrive at your mailbox or door undamaged. We cannot be responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after your package is tracked as delivered to you by USPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that our tracking and insurance covers packages through the US postal service to make it safely to US customers. We cannot be responsible for delivery by other country’s mail carriers after the article is transported outside the United States. We do not ship to Mexico. Please allow up to a month for International packages to be delivered.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

 

We do not keep or store your credit-card information.

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects upon receipt. If Buyer uses our products in a way not intended or recommended by Seller, the Seller undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the Goods or that the Goods will be fit for any particular purpose for which Buyer may be buying the Goods, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, and Seller disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied. The seller shall not be liable to buyer or any other third party for loss, damage or injury of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions in excess of the net purchase price of the goods actually delivered to and paid for by buyer.
